My deck was freshly stained 3 weeks ago using BEHR transparent oil based wood stain which is still give terrible smell especially on a hot sunny day ? I wanted to remove it and restain with water based stain. Will this product easily remove the stain & smell ? If yes, exactly which product to use ? How I can use it ?
