Staining appeared as installation was being completed, after an overnight rain.   My research suggests this is tannin bleeding.  Do I have a problem with the boards?  Winter is coming in Illinois, and the deck gets direct sun most of the day.   Should I be in a rush to address/seal or wait until spring?  I intend to use a semi-transparent stain.   In any case, what process should I use in terms of washing and sanding? Thank you

Looks like mold. Wait until spring, prep, and stain. It will come off.
