Deck Stripping

Enclosed are 4 pictures of our deck currently. You will notice that the floor and exposed sides of railings (both top and bottom) are seriously weathered after only 1 year. However, the spindles are all in good condition. My question is what should I do to restore the deck without having to sand all of the spindles? It's a very large deck (30' by 16') and sanding all of these spindles would take a VERY long time. Can you tell me if this stain is a solid stain or would I be able to use a deck stripper on all of the deck including the spindles?

Strippers will not remove all of this. Might be time to consider a two toned deck. Strip the floors and railings to remove as much as possible. Sand the rest off the floor so it is natural wood and stain with a semi-transparent oil based stain. Use a solid color for the vertical wood and rails. Read this for more info:
