I am looking to strip two-year old Olympic Maximum oil-based semi-transparent stain from only the flooring of my deck. This is the older stain, so not the newer stain+sealant. I am concerned that if I use a pressure washer, that stain will inadvertently get onto the spindles and railings. In your experience, would RAD stripper work well with a deck scrub brush? I think this would allow more control of where the stripper ends up. Would this work well with the RAD brightener also?
Thanks for all your help. This website is a great help!

You could try scrubbing but it may take a lot of effort. I would spray on the brightener as it will not harm the other stain.
