Hi, I stained my 5yr old treated yellow pine deck two days ago with TWP 100 semi-transparent stain. I ran out of stain and parts of the deck only received 1 coat. The wood is very porous as I used 4 gallons on 550 sq. ft. For deck prep, I pressure washed, then used Restore-a-deck stain stripper, then sanded with 40 and 60 grit sand paper with a walk behind sander, then applied Restore-a-deck wood brightener, then allowed to dry for several days and finally applied stain. My question is, will the deck accept more stain if I wanted to add more stain to the areas that only received one coating? Or has the product sealed the wood and won't allow more stain to absorb? Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated.

We would leave it as is for now. In the Spring, lightly wash the deck with water to remove dirt and apply another coat then.
