Have a 3 year old split rail cedar fence which I used TWP100 cedartone on. It started pealing. Now the dealer tells me I stained it too early needed to dry out before i stained. I have presuure washed the fence and would like to know if i can use Ready seal on it now? if there is something else I need to do before using this product. thank you
