Semisolid or stain

I have a wood porch that was replaced with new treated pine deck boards, balusters, tread, rails, and riser last year. The poles were not replaced since they are a few feet within the ground. The porch has never been stained. The entire porch has been cleaned with a wood cleaner and stripper and wood neutralizer and brightener. What semi-transparent or semisolid stain would allow the porch to have an even color so it would not look two toned? Since there is new and old wood.  Also, how should I properly sand the fuzzy on the new wood?

Lightly sanded the area of the wood on the deck boards, rails, and balusters that was fuzzy.  Do I need to use the brightener to those areas before staining?

It would not hurt and could help to open the grain of the wood some.
