There are 3 companies in my town that claim they will wash my new cedar deck, then add sealant while it is wet. They have a 25 year guarantee. Does anyone have experience with these companies. Are they legit? Seal Once, Seal Smart and Perma Seal.

Those are gimmick products. Even if you use them, you will still need to clean and stain every 2-3 years.
