I'm currently replacing 2 boards on our deck (due to rot). Deck is pressure treated pine, previously stained with Benjamin Moore Arborcoat by previous owners. I'm planning to sand down the horizontal boards prior to applying TWP 1500 but don't know how long I should wait for the new boards to cure, or if I need to wait at all...? Thanks!

Normally you let new wood cure for 4-12 months but since this is only two boards, we would go ahead and do all now. You will need to apply another coat to the new wood in a year.
