Is the VOC for Napa, California 550? Is the VOC the same for clear, semi-transparent and solid stains?

How can they tell what stain I used after it is on the deck?

Most of California is LOW VOC of 250. I would ask your local government to make sure. VOC's are not related to the transparency of the stain.

Who can tell?
