2 years ago, I stripped, sanded, and cleaned (and neutralized) an old pressure treated pine deck and stained it with TWP 1500. We're in MA and that's the best we could get.
2 years later, it's pretty faded and I would like to restain with TWP 1500. It has not peeled or bubbled at all, just faded.
In addition to cleaning, what else should I do? I really do not want to strip the old stain if I can help it. Stripping was a huge pain and I'm using the same stain.
