Built a deck 1 year ago, 16' x 32' PTP with gazebo on one end. Has uneven weathering due to gazebo. Some parts look like new, other parts weathered and starting to crack. Planning to clean & brighten prior to staining. I am not sure of best stain to use for climate. We have hot, humid summers with some cold winter days, not usually much snow, but plenty of rain. Appreciate your advice!
