This is second time I've used Cabot Semi-transparent in New Cedar tone on my deck. The first time it didn't seem to "take", it flaked and faded very fast. Last time I got the results you see in the pictures.
I live in Kansas City, Missouri.
The deck which is pressure treated pine is in partial shade.
Mold and mildew hasn't been a problem.
Stain seems to fade fast or looks like it was put on uneven.
(In the pictures, the deck is wet from spraying it off)
Any suggestions or ideas would be GREATLY welcome!!

We had a company power wash, use deck brightener on our deck and a few days later when it was dry they came and sanded and sprayed Defy extreme natural pine on railings and floor. They did the floor in a hurry because the weather was threatening to rain. 1/2 hr after they left it rained. It has been 3 days now and the floor is a much lighter color than the rest. The company rep came to look at it and agreed it needed another coat. They are not going to re-sand the floor, just spray on another coat. Will this work or are they trying to avoid more work.
That should work.
