Deck Stain Stripping Questions and Answers

I am guilty. No execuse. None. I have not stripped and refinished the Ipe deck in four years. It was last refinished with Messmers and I'm now looking at Armstrong Clark Ipe finish.
In the meantime, the deck has darkened in some areas, faded in others, has mildew etc. What would be the proper restoration process? So far it looks like Restore a Deck Stripper followed by Restore a Deck Wood brightener. I have a Dewalt power washer with a 100 ft hose that can do 4000 PSI. Does this combo seen appropriate? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
