Deck Stain Stripping Questions and Answers

We have an older deck pressure treated wood with at least 2 layers of stain the most recent (last year) being Behr semi transparent stain. It is peeling badly in many places. What would be the best stripper to get to remove this? HD 80 or RAD? or ??? Thanks Kathie
