We have a house that has a fence that I believe has never be maintained. What would be the best product for the following:
10 year old stockade fence
Pine or maybe rough fir I believe
Texas Coast mold is problem
Both shade sun
there has be wood deterioration on the bottom
I am only hoping to extend the life for awhile
