Hi,
We have 5+ year old (what is left of it) Olympic Maximum Tinted Waterproof Sealant (penetrating Acrylic / Oil formula) on our deck. We are getting ready to power wash and stain it again. Can we use Restore A Deck over the 5 year old Olympic Stain? If not, what are our options and/or a recommendation?

No. You cannot use any other brand over this coating. It needs to be stripped. Use the Restore A Deck Stripper Kit with the Booster and Gel additives. Brighten the wood after. This will remove the current stain then you can use a new brand of stain.
