Trailer deck / Marine plywood stain

Looks like a bit of a different question than what I'm reading from most other people.

I'm in the process of finishing restoring a smaller flat deck trailer that will be used year-round to haul various toys. This trailer is stored outdoors year-round and sees use throughout the summer as well as throughout the winter. It gets towed thru the nastiest winter road conditions to go snowmobiling.

I am covering the trailer in 3/4" marine plywood.

It is my understanding that while this is "new" wood it is not considered to be "wet" wood like PT decking would be. So I don't think I'll have to wait a season or a year before protecting it.

To that end I am looking to protect the wood for a long as possible.

From doing my research it looks like my best choice is to use TWP 100 and coat all side before installing the wood to the trailer.

Thoughts, comments, suggestions???
