Hello, thanks for great Info. Curious why you suggest AC over Timber Oil if deck is more than a few months old. I am so confused on if I should go AC, Timberoil, or TWP. Deck is 2 months old, WRC in MN. I like the ease of reapplication of Timberoil, but want to know why you like AC Better?
