1000 sq ft redwood deck (3 years old)

properly stripped and brightened with RAD products

L shaped deck with mostly 20 ft +/- boards spanning 17 to 34 boards across

When staining with TWP 1502, should I stain each individual board from end to end before beginning adjacent board(s)?

What is the time frame to apply second coat using wet on wet method?

Is it necessary to apply two coats to any vertical surface such as built-in planter boxes or benches?

Two coats applied wet on wet for the horizontals and one coat for the verticals is okay. See some TWP tips here:
