Good Afternoon,
I had a quick question that will hopefully help me out.
I currently have a medium sized deck that is built with cedar and I am planning to add two extensions to the deck using treated lumber. My question is, what is a good product to treat/stain the new deck AND the old deck that will make the two decks look similar?
I was looking at the Bahr Deck Over and similar products but have run into some not-so-good reviews. Would treating everything with a good cleaner, then brightener, then dark stain give a better result?
Thanks for the help!
Joshua

Look at the Armstrong Clark in a semi-solid color.
Thank you very much!
We have a 12-14 yr old deck and added a new deck last summer due to adding in an above-ground pool. We live in Northern IL so our summers are limited and temperatures vary. I need something that will blend with the old+new deck, not hot on the feet but will last at least 3-5 years. What are your suggestions as we have been looking at the Behr Deckover and Rustoleum Restore but from some of the feedback on this site - sounds like I should save my money. HELP PLEASE.... Thanks!
Nothing lasts 5 years. 2-3 at best. Use the Armstrong Clark in a semi-solid color.
