Here are our stats:

1. State you live in: Charlotte, North Carolina

2. Full Shade, Partial Shade, or Full Sun: Morning Sun, late afternoon shade

3. Type of Wood: Pressure treated pine, kiln dried

4. Mold or Mildew Issues: n/a New, but that could be a problem with the humidity in our area.

5. Main Issues with Previous Stains: n/a New

The guy who built our deck said that we could stain it any time we wanted because the wood is kiln dried. I'm looking for the proper stain to use for our area. It's already looking dirty because of our dog, so if you could recommend a deck cleaner, also, that would be great.

I would use the Restore-A-Deck product to clean and brighten the wood followed by Armstrong Clark Stain.
