I recently had my old boards flipped and noticed that there are several ink stamps on them. I'm getting ready to stain them and was wondering if the stripping process will remove them?

If not, do you think Armstrong Clark semi-solid stain will cover them (one coat only) or do I need to sand them with 80 grit sandpaper?

Probably need to sand them but the stripping may remove them. https://www.deckstainhelp.com/how-to-remove-the-ink-stamps-from-new-decking/

If I end up having to sand them, would I use 80 grit sandpaper?
