I am looking to refinish an old douglas fir screened in porch. The floor was painted at some point but very little paint remains. What would recommend? We are looking to achieve a natural wood appearance.

Probably need to sand to get all the paint off. Then use a penetrating stain: https://www.deckstainhelp.com/the-5-best-deck-stain-reviews-and-ratings/
