After reading some of the reviews of the Behr stain, I now know what to stay away from.

A little about my deck: 11x18, covered porch, Lowes (5/4, PT)new decking, may 2013.

Locally I have sherman williams, lowes, home depot to buy from.

I would like to pressure wash, wait a few days then stain.

Any suggestions/ thoughts on stain and this process?

Stay away from all of the stores you mentioned as none of them carry anything of decent quality. Try finding a higher quality stain at local paint stores and or lumber yards. Make sure that you clean and brighten the deck with the pressure washing before applying the stain.

It is better but still has issues with attracting mold and darkening in color. In addition, it is way over priced.
