Can I still stain after two weeks?

I stripped my deck using the Restore-a-deck stripper and brightener kit.  I waited the required 48 hours before staining, however before the 48 hours was up it rained and has rained almost every day here in Southwestern Pennsylvania.   Rain is in the forecast every day this week through the weekend when my two weeks is up (according to directions can apply stain after 48 hours and up to two weeks) so now what?  Do I have to start over because I had to wait so long to stain?   Have no idea when this rain is going to quit.
