I used AC semi transparent cedar tone on the interior of my stable last year. It has held up great to the abuse most of the horses have given it. I spray the walls with my hose and scrub lightly with a brush and all the manure and such comes right off and the walls look great. The wood is T&G yellow pine, pressure treated in some areas.

However, I had one horse (who has since been asked to leave) who ran their teeth across the wood and in some areas cut the surface through to the "unfinished" wood. It's only in a few small spots in this particular stall, so I'd really rather not clean/strip the entire wall if at all possible. Can I lightly sand the spots, clean and reapply the same stain as used before? Any other suggestions?

Sure but it may not blend 100%.
