Best Solid Deck Stain For Custom Color Match

I live in Minnesota.  My deck gets partial shade.  The wood is type is uncertain but probably cedar.   There are not any mold or mildew issues.  The existing paint on the deck is beginning to wear off down to the wood in a few places.

I want to custom-match the existing creamy white color of the paint/stain and I want a solid stain/paint. 

What product should I use?
