All WRC installed August in 2019. Left to weather until May 2020.
I used the RAD kit. Cleaner first, then powerwashed off, immediately followed by the brightener, then rinsed. I followed directions perfectly.
The entire deck is covered with white fuzzies. Even the rough sawn skirt.
Where did I screw up?
I read the article about wood fuzzies, but didn't think I'd have to do the entire deck.
After sanding, can I blow it off or do I need to use a brightener again?
Please advise.

Thank you so much for the prompt reply. I have a palm sander and plan to use 60 grit.
Would it be better to use a random orbital or buffer? If no big difference, I'll just use my palm sander.
Also, should I sand the rough sawn boards?
Also, in the picture with the deep green grain, how can I get that out? Already treated twice with cleaner and power washed

Awesome, I do plan on sanding the whole thing.
I also have a dual-action polisher (for vehicles) that I can use.
Just trying to figure out the best sanding device for my application
