Have you reviewed or have any experience with Cutek Green? http://www.cutek-us.com/cutek.html Their site also re-directs to Seal it Green http://www.sealitgreen.com/sig/product-info.php?total-wood-sealant-pid6.html They claim that you will never need to stain your deck again because "triggers the early stages of WOOD PETRIFICATION" - any thoughts on this?

Gimmick! There have been numerous companies who have claimed such things and all have gone out of business. It may have some help preventing rot (not proven though) but it will not stop the UV graying, dirt, grime, etc. These are the main reasons to maintain your deck every 2-3 years.
