Which stain has a gray semi-transparent color.

Which stain would you recommend for semi-transparent or transparent? Or should we do a semi-solid? Do not want peeling of color. I live in SE Iowa. We have dark gray composite top decking and wood skirting, wood posts, and wood ceiling under screen porch. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Looking for something to match dark gray composite decking and that we could get 2 or 3 years of longevity. South side of the house. Lots of sun in summer. Will have to order online so cannot go get a color swatch. Thank you!
