Deck Stain Questions and Answers

First time home owner, thank you for creating and maintaining this site. I live in the mountains of Georgia and recently purchased this home. I found these two products in the basement, but no idea if it was used for the siding, the deck, or something else:
- Sikkens Ceto 1 077 cedar
- Structure Wood care base coat
Based on the photos, what stain/color would you recommend? Should I apply a clear sealer on top once the stain has dried? I think the wood is pine. I've never stained a deck before, will be following the tips posted on this site.

Thank you very much for your advice, I'll post back with pictures when the work is complete (if it ever stops raining).
