Deck Stain Questions and Answers

We live in Ct & cleaned & brightened our 8-month old deck during the July 4th weekend. I understand that we need to wait at least 2 days after it rains to stain (TWP1500) and that it should dry for at least 2 days. However, since we cleaned the deck we have not had a 4-day stretch that did not include either rain or temperatures over 90 degrees. Can we wait until the fall to stain without having to clean it again and if not are there any other options?
