Hi I just refinished my deck (Full sun, PT pine, in MA) and stained it with TWP 1500. I am going to replace my stairs and have bought new PT pine to replace the old PT pine.
Most sites, including this one, say to wait 1-2 months before preparing and staining the new wood.
The TWP 1500 package says to wait 4-12 months.
Do you think I should listen to the TWP or follow the 1-2 months?
Will the new wood age more quickly in the sun?

Well unfortunately that means December, which in MA, means next Spring.
