unexpected rain

I put two coats of TWP1500 on my deck last week but before it could fully dry we got a severe rain storm and it rained on and off for two/three days 🙁 . It looks pretty good but-- appears washed out/--- or a little lighter in color on parts of the deck. Could I put an additional coat of stain on the deck as is? Or, is there prep work that I would need to do before putting another coat on. Or, should I wait until next spring and put an additional coat of stain on the deck?
