We were supposed to have a week of sunshine so we started our staining using TWP 1500. We did one bench and had about 4 hours of drying time in the evening before it started to rain!! It rained all night. When I checked the next morning, there was no visible sign of damage. Water was beading up on the bench and no runny stain anywhere. Now I'm waiting for it to dry.
1. How long should I wait before resuming?
2. Do I need to strip out the stain and start over again?
3. Is there any re-prep I need to do on the unstained areas?

1. 2 Days if a heavy rainy
2. No need to strip off the stain
3. Just sweep or blow off any dirt

Thank you! I took a careful look after the rain stopped. There are blotchy areas on the stained bench. Can we just apply another coat on it?
The unstained areas have some water marks. What's the best way to get them off?

Hard to say. Try a test spot and see if another coat takes and evens it out.
