Okay I've read your reviews and it's down to either TWP or AC. I live in Kentucky (hot humid summers and cold occasionally very cold and snowy winters), full afternoon sun deck (probably 1000 sq ft +). Priorities are longevity, easy application (and reapplication) and economical in that order. What do you say?
