I've purchased the stripper, brightener and stain for a deck I'm working on. The recommendation is to wait 3 days after stripping for the deck to dry, and 3 days after staining. I don't recall but presumably 3 days after applying the brightener as well.

The problem I've run into is getting at least 7 consecutive clear, warm days, that also corresponds with my other job schedules.

Can I do a step (aside from the stain drying 3 days,) such as the stripping, then if it rains the next day, can I just wait for 3 clear days after this?

You apply the brightener as soon as you are done with the stripper, while wood is still wet. Wait 15 minutes then rinse. Wait a few days to dry before staining. If it rains between the prepping and staining, just wait a couple of days after that to let the wood dry.

when does the cleaner step get done? I thought this would be after the stripper.

You do not clean if you are stripping. You do not need both.
