My pressure treated pine deck is exactly one year old and has no treatment on it. I live in central Virginia and my deck is mostly shady but does get some afternoon direct sun. I want to stain the decking a light brown and stain or paint the railings white. What product(s) do you recommend? I want to do it right the first time! Thank you for any guidance!

BEHR has some great products for both they have a solid white and the brown pricey but good
