What should I use on my deck, previous stain is Cabot Decking Stains on pressure treated wood. It is in full sun and has not been stained or washed since it was built 13 years old...dry but in good condition. What good products are available in my state?

Also I should have added that I need a solid stain and I am not sure if my previous product was oil based because I don't have the can
