I am having an old deck renovated. The boards are being removed and flipped over. Also the pickets are being reused. Almost all will be salvaged in this way. The deck is 16'x14'. there are about 80 pickets, size 41"long and 1 1/2" x 1" widths. 1"x6" top rail boards on 3 sides will be replaced. Can you recommend the best product to use to stain and seal the deck and how much product I'll need. Where is available to purchase? I live in High Point, NC Thank you.

Prep with the Gemini Restore Kit and stain with TWP 100 Series. One kit for the prep and 3-4 gallons for the stain.
