My deck has Behr premium transparent waterproofing wood finish coating. It's peeling and looks terrible. How do I best remove it please?

Behr lies (someone should start a class action) about the opacity of their stains. What you have is not semi-transparent but opaque in appearance. You will need to treat it as what it really is (solid color in appearance), not what its label says.My deck has Behr premium transparent waterproofing wood finish coating. You may want to consider a two-toned deck as it will be difficult to remove it fully from the railings:
