[Solved] Get old finish off?

My deck has Behr premium transparent waterproofing wood finish coating. It's peeling and looks terrible. How do I best remove it please?

Behr lies (someone should start a class action) about the opacity of their stains. What you have is not semi-transparent but opaque in appearance. You will need to treat it as what it really is (solid color in appearance), not what its label says.

You may want to consider a two-toned deck as it will be difficult to remove it fully from the railings:
