Missouri
Pine I think - probably over 30 years old
More shade than sun
Some Mold/Mildew
No previous stain

Underneath my rear deck is a patio. I have cleaned both the top and bottom of the deck. I will be staining the top and exterior with TWP 100. I would like to seal the underneath wood with something less expensive to protect it from mold/milder and algae and to make it look nice - it doesn't need to be a stain. What would you recommend?

Thanks!
Steve

Try the TWP in clear if you do not want any stain but honestly we would apply the same color to the underside as the exposed side. Deck stain will drip between the boards and accumulate drops on the underside so it can be hard to not get some stain there.
