part shade in morning to full sun
i believe wood is pressure treated
mold issues- yes
recently cleaned and power washed
water sealer previously used, a rug was placed on top of wood, now deck looks like this. Was thinking solid deck stain...suggestions please

You should prep better. Use the Restore A Deck Stripper and Brightener Kit with pressure washing. This will even out the appearance so you can use a penetrating deck stain like one of these:
