Hi I have a 16x24 pine pressure treated (PT) deck that is brand new that we put up last summer and never stained or did anything to it. Since the deck is 1 year old and never been treated or stained I am wondering what you recommend as the best stain to use? We live in New Jersey.
Can you also tell me if I need to use a cleaner or brightner on deck before I stain?

That link only appears to recommend stain for a deck that DOES NOT wait 12 months - I have waited 12 months so wondering what stain is best for Pine PT deck that was brand new and left to dry for 12 months?
