I am doing some research for our Mobile Home's Park deck and swimming pool area. As near as I can determine the deck was coated 2 years with an oil based stain purchased at Lowe's. The lumber as near as I can determine in pressure treated low grade probably also purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot. The area deck receives nearly 100 percent sunshine and a tremendous amount of rain during the summer months. Some have suggested using a product called Restore. However, after some research, I have just about conclude that it would not be a good product for our application. From what I have gathered from this website it would appear that either the TWP or the Armstrong would be the best fit for us. I would appreciate your recommendations on which product would be best for us.

Thanks for your time and trouble. 😎

Either would work well for you. Make sure the prep first correctly so the new stain can penetrate into the wood. Prepping is the most important step in the process.
