Is a product called M - 1 good to clean decks? Should a brightner be used after? How is it applied?
Is the RAD product or Defy a better product?

OK. Thanks. Is it best to use a pressure washer to rinse off the RAD cleaner? Or should a hose with a nozzle be sufficient? If I use a pressure washer, What is the maximum PSI should this be set at?

Much easier to rinse off with a pressure washer. More effective and faster. We like to use psi at 1500 or so. You can use a pressure washer rated higher but when you are say 10 inches away from the wood, the pressure will drop in half. For example we use 3500 psi washer withe a 25 degree tip and wash from 10-12 inches away to it does not damage the wood.
