Hi all,
We recently had our 1-year old deck stained with a semi-transparent stain. We went with a lighter color (Cape Cod Gray), which looks great. However, footprints and other dirt stains are appearing and are very visible.
Did we use the wrong stain and/or color or is there a way to prevent this?
