Size: approx 310-330sq ft, L shaped

Age: unknown, but I believe it should be 15yrs old as my deck door looked to be not an addition.

Last time stained: unknown. 2nd owner of the house. No signs of the old stain. Surprisingly the Red paint on the rails are still on but obviously weathered

Condition: still structurally sound. May need to sand some boards or replace. Due to budget constraints a new deck is not possible.

Plan of attack: get RAD cleaner and brigtener

Planned outcome: 2 tone (solid rails, stained boards). Narrowed down on Cutek stain or RAD, no idea on rails. Being in Canada it'll be hard to find some products

Really hoping this will be a 2 wk project, cleaning will be the toughest task I believe.

Any recommendations? I've only done 3 days of research.

Prep is fine and yes on the Two-toned approach. Solid stain for verticals and semi-transparent for floors. Use RAD products.

Next question is: boards or railings first?
