Hi I recently stripped old stain off sanded and used deck Brightener it looked really good but there were still some gray areas on the cedar gave those areas a second coat now looks even more gray any advise on what to do or will it not matter when staining using Twp 1500. Thanks

If it does not show when wet with water then it should not show when you apply the TWP stain.

You could try the brightener again but the darkness looks internal. Meaning deep in the wood.

Ok thanks I will try one area test to see if it works I am assuming the stain will stain funny with those gray areas as opposed to others
